Terms used

Relevant legal bases
In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we will inform you of the legal basis for our data processing. Collaboration with processors and third parties

Transfers to third countries
If we process data in a third country (i.e. outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or if this occurs as part of the use of third-party services or disclosure or transmission of data to third parties, this will only occur if it is done to fulfill our (pre-)contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, on the basis of a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Rights of data subjects

You have accordingly. Art. 16 GDPR gives you the right to request that the data concerning you be completed or that incorrect data concerning you be corrected.
In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that the data in question be deleted immediately, or alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request a restriction on the processing of the data.

Cookies and right to object to direct advertising
“Cookies” are small files that are stored on users’ computers. Different information can be stored within the cookies. Deletion of data
The data we process will be deleted or its processing will be restricted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR. Hosting
The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services, which we use for the purpose of operating this online offering.
In doing so, we, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data from customers, interested parties and visitors to this online offering based on our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of this online offering in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of order processing contract).
Collection of access data and log files
We, or our hosting provider, collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files) based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR. The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider .
Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate acts of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is necessary for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
Provision of contractual services
We process inventory data (e.g. names and addresses as well as contact details of users), contract data (e.g. services used, names of contact persons, payment information) in order to fulfill our contractual obligations and services in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit b. GDPR. The entries marked as mandatory in online forms are required for the conclusion of the contract.
As part of the use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. In principle, this data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
We process usage data (e.g., the websites of our online offering visited, interest in our products) and content data (e.g., entries in the contact form or user profile) for advertising purposes in a user profile, for example in order to show the user product information based on the services they have previously used.
The data will be deleted after statutory warranty and comparable obligations have expired; the necessity of storing the data will be checked every three years; In the case of legal archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiry. Information in any customer account remains until it is deleted.
Registration function
Users can optionally create a user account. As part of registration, the required mandatory information is provided to users. The data entered during registration will be used for the purposes of using the offer. Users can be informed by email about information relevant to the offer or registration, such as changes to the scope of the offer or technical circumstances. If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with regard to the user account, unless their retention is necessary for commercial or tax law reasons in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR. It is the users' responsibility to back up their data before the end of the contract if the contract is terminated. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract.
As part of the use of our registration and login functions as well as the use of the user account, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. In principle, this data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR. The IP addresses will be anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Contact
When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, email, telephone or via social media), the user's information is processed to process the contact request and process it in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR. User information can be stored in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or comparable inquiry organization.
We delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; The statutory archiving obligations also apply.

Content of the newsletter: We only send newsletters, emails and other electronic notifications with promotional information (hereinafter “newsletter”) with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. Double opt-in and logging: Registration for our newsletter takes place using a so-called double opt-in procedure. The registration process is logged on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR. Our interest is in using a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves our business interests, meets the expectations of users and also allows us to provide evidence of consent.
Cancellation/revocation – You can cancel your receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. You will find a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. We can store the unsubscribed email addresses for up to three years based on our legitimate interests before we delete them for the purpose of sending newsletters in order to be able to prove that consent was previously given. The processing of this data is limited to the purpose of possible defense against claims. An individual request for deletion is possible at any time, provided that the previous existence of consent is confirmed at the same time.
Newsletter – measuring success
The newsletters contain a so-called “web beacon”, i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from our server, or if we use a shipping service provider, from their server when the newsletter is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information is initially collected, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of retrieval.
This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their access locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to individual newsletter recipients. Integration of third-party services and content
Within our online offering, we use content or service offerings from third-party providers based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f.
